1. Problem Context & Objectives
Procurement teams waste dozens of hours each week manually refreshing Bangladesh's e-GP tender portal, often missing addenda and amendment deadlines that decide whether a bid is valid. One missed notice can void an entire submission.
2. Technical Architecture & Implementation
Engineered a headless Playwright scraper with AI entity extraction that monitors the portal for changes, classifies tender relevance, and pushes targeted real-time alerts to Telegram channels.
3. Outcomes, Benchmarks & Empirical Validation
Operates autonomously around the clock, cutting tender-monitoring from manual hours to push notifications and catching addenda that would otherwise be missed — directly improving how small firms compete for government contracts.
